The proprietary CrackNoMor™ system incorporates nanotechnology, basalt fibers, and other carefully selected components engineered to work together throughout the concrete matrix.

In one client placement, CrackNoMor™ concrete surpassed 100 days under regular foot traffic without visible cracking.

In a separate heavy-industrial client placement, CrackNoMor™ concrete surpassed 50 days without visible cracking under daily heavy use, including continuous 18-wheeler traffic, parking, loading, and unloading operations.
The heavy-industrial placement was completed under exceptionally demanding field conditions:
· The concrete was placed during the late afternoon, beginning at approximately 3:00 p.m.
· The ambient temperature was approximately 93°F.
· Transportation to the project site required approximately 40 minutes instead of the anticipated 20 minutes because of traffic delays.
· Approximately 20 gallons of additional water were introduced at the project site to restore workability.
· A heavy downpour occurred approximately three hours after placement.
· The concrete was not covered before or during the rainfall.
· Approximately 17 hours after placement, a loaded 18-wheeler was parked on the concrete.
Despite the transportation delay, additional water, extreme heat, late-afternoon placement, heavy rainfall, lack of protective covering, and early heavy loading, the concrete displayed no visible tire impressions, rutting, settlement, deformation, cracking, or other visible damage.
The placement remains in constant industrial service—with daily 18-wheeler traffic, parking, loading, and unloading—and has surpassed 50 days without visible cracking.
These observations demonstrate CrackNoMor™ performance under actual client operating conditions—not merely controlled laboratory conditions.
